Radar Online reports that part of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding preparations is the drafting of a prenuptial agreement. However, as opposed to Kardashian's prenuptial agreement with ex-husband Kris Humphries, her prenup with West is reportedly more favorable.

In case of separation, the total amount will have additional $10 million. The brunette beauty will similarly have the ownership of their Bel Air mansion. All gifts given by the 'Bound 2' rapper will be solely kept by Kardashian.

Kardashian will likewise keep the $20 million life insurance policy that they have. All her earnings will be deemed as separate income. Finally, the two decided that there'd be no custody stipulations over Baby North West.

While many think that the prenuptial agreement is very exhaustive, the same source claims that the couple has no plans of separating: "The couple is focused on the wedding and looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together.
