In an open letter, Kate Upton's lawyer complains, "One of these photographs has even been airbrushed." According to media reports Kate got hot under the collar, if she was wearing one, after she found out that fake topless photos of her were being shopped around the Internet. The offending website was Celeb Jihad, which claims to be "The only celebrity gossip site run by Islamic extremists."

Kate Upton wanted to teach the satire website, Celeb Jihad, a lesson.

According to TMZ, the original headline read: "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014." The topless Kate Upton shots were obvious fakes, but her attorneys threatened to sue if the post wasn't taken down right away.

According to media reports, Upton's layers write "One of these photographs has even been airbrushed," First the website changed the caption to "Kate Upton SI Swimsuit Issue 2014 Outtakes" then Celeb Jihad removed the images from its website.

This isn't the first time the Celeb Jihad got blasted for editing photographs. Back in 2011 Celeb Jihad allegedly published a picture of a topless, blonde, woman, that it claimed was Taylor Swift.
