On Friday, Robin Thicke offered unsolicited advice to fans at the Madison Square Garden, and perhaps unwittingly provided a divorce update as well.
"When there's someone you love, you gotta fight for them no matter what. We gotta learn to forgive each other, learn to love each other ... no matter who it is in your family or relationship ... 'cause you're always gonna need your friends and family," he said, according to New York Post.
Of course, it's clear that Robin Thicke is referring to his wife of nine years, Paula Patton, who dumped him over his cheating ways.
Just a week ago, Robin Thicke was still wearing his wedding ring at his concert tour in Atlantic City.
Fans salivating for a divorce update on Robin Thicke and Paula Patton were surprised to see Paula without her wedding ring as she cozied up to Jeremy Renner during the 2014 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday, MailOnline said.
During a concert in Fairfax, Virginia, Robin Thicke said on stage: "For ya'll that don't know, me and my wife separated, but I'm trying to get my girl back. She's a good woman."
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Paula Patton still wants his high school sweetheart back and has not hired a divorce lawyer to finally dissolve her marriage with Robin Thicke.
The gossip site said the communication line between Robin Thicke and Paula Patton is still open and the actress seemed to be softening her stance toward a possible reconciliation with her husband.
If true, this could seriously douse all those divorce update rumors hounding Robin Thicke and Paula Patton as they are now talking about what the singer needs to do in order to make the actress want him back.
