Konietzko Shares Legend Of Korra Book 3 Bolin And Mako Voice Actors Photo Before Nickelodeon Upfront 2014: Rising Viacom Network Ratings Could Lead To Additional Jobs?

As "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 release date and the Nickelodeon upfront approaches, co-creator Bryan Konietzko is sharing a new photo of Mako and Bolin.

The voice actors that is.

On Konietzko's Tumblr, voice actors David Faustino and P.J. Byrne can be seen working in the Nickelodeon studio, no doubt laying in Mako and Bolin lines for either Book 3 or Book 4.

Tomorrow, the 2014 Nickelodeon upfront will be underway, and many are speculating that "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 release date will be announced then.

In a recent Tumblr post, Konietzko confirms that "The Legend of Korra" Book 4 is in the pre-production stages, and that a Book 3 release date could be announced any day now.

"It may be hard to believe since Book 3 hasn't even aired yet (SOON!), but we just had the final 'Korra' animatic meeting this afternoon for the Book 4 series finale episode," writes Konietzko.

"Though we had the animatic meeting, that still means there's a TON of work left to do on Book 4. That is still part of the pre-production process."

Meanwhile, things are looking up for Nickelodeon after some ratings struggles during "The Legend of Korra" Book 2.

According to Forbes, Nickelodeon is continuing its upward ratings trend for 2014, claiming the top basic cable network with kids 2—11 and total viewers.

Higher overall ratings for the Viacom company means more advertising revenues (something that no doubt will be brought up at the 2014 upfront), and potentially more jobs within Nickelodeon as well.
