NCIS Season 11 Spoilers: Ziva David Returning? Fans Want Cote de Pablo's Character Back Or They Will Boycott The Show

Last February 26, the International Business Times reported that Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will be at the center of NCIS Season 11 finale. Automatically, fans clamored to have Ziva David (Cote de Pablo) back in the show since the two make up the series' most loved romantic couple. However, no one from CBS confirmed if the heroine will return. What they said was that TIVA, as what Tony and Ziva romance is fondly called by fans, will have "a possible virtual communication."

Around three weeks after this report, the clamor didn't die. In fact, the noise got even stronger as around 60000 fans signed a petition to have de Pablo back in the show. On Friday, www.whbf.com reported that majority of NCIS fans want to see Ziva again. The poll was conducted by The Ranking and was joined by hundreds of thousands of fans. It wasn't just an answer to a simple question according to WBHF. The result was a warning to CBS.

The online news portal wrote:

"Many NCIS fans have threatened to boycott this police drama: "If she does not come back soon I am going to stop watching the show".

CBS should now answer this massive NCIS fans demand and should try to bring Coté de Pablo back. Or, at least, they should try to explain the reasons for Ziva's disappearance, since they might lose an important audience next season. In fact, NCIS has been the most watched scripted show on American television since its seventh season. It even became the most watched program in 2012-2013, with 21.34 million viewers on average. Despite being leader in its spot, the last episode couldn't draw more than 17.68 million Americans for CBS. Maybe, as a fan commented, "Ziva makes the show".

CBS seem to be unfazed with this threat from fans. The show will be airing its last episode on March 25.
