iPhone 6 Rumors Round Up: What We Think We Know So Far About Apple's Upcoming Smartphones This Year

iPhone 6 rumors: In the midst of all the commotion during the CES and MWC events the past couple of months, the upcoming iPhone 6 was seemingly forgotten. But now that the dust has settled, let us see what we think we already know about this new Apple smartphone.

Display

In reports the past months, there are allegedly two versions of the device - one with a 4.7-inch display while the other boasting a screen size ranging from 5.5 to 5.7 inches. Recent reports also claimed that the new iPhones would now get a sapphire display, which allegedly outlasts Gorilla Glass screens.

Chipset

To follow Apple's tradition, the iPhone 6 handsets would get the latest A8 chipset that supports 64-bit applications. And while there are no exact details that Apple will upgrade its dual-core 1.3GHz CPU and 1GB of RAM, we sure hope the upcoming iPhones would get the beefier CPUs it needs.

Design

For the past years, Apple has stuck with its aluminum design, with only a minor adjustment when the screen size reached 4 inches from 3.5. This year, Apple will allegedly use the iPhone 5c's design but instead of using plastic, the company would still use aluminum. Reports also claim that the upcoming iPhone would have a bezel-less display which would make the display even bigger than it actually is.

Here's a concept clip of what the iPhone 6 could look like when it gets officially launched later this year:
