Agents of SHIELD Cast News: Lady Sif Brings Major Victory to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.; Who Is The Clairvoyant?

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 1 Spoilers: Lady Sif and Lorelei battled it out on the Agents of SHIELD episode "Yes Men" in the series' second big movie crossover. Agents of SHIELD beat everyone that night.

As the big-name guest star from "Thor: The Dark World," Jaimie Alexander's performance as Lady Sif was brilliant. Jamie Alexander appeared in two "Thor" movies (Jaimie Alexander played Lady Sif in "Thor" and "Thor: The Dark World."), before making the jump to the small-screen. Lady Lady Sif recruited Coulson and his Agents of SHIELD to hunt down fellow Asgardian Lorelei.

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD already had some appearances from SHIELD-related characters like Maria Hill, Jasper Sitwell and Nick Fury, but this is the first superpower character from the movies to make the trip to TV.

Lady Sif wasn't Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s only highlight, although we still don't know who the mysterious "clairvoyant," what we do know is Lady Sif and the Agents of SHIELD helped Disney's pull more than 5% more viewers over last week for a total viewership of 5.8 million.

So what happened to Coulson after got speared by Loki in The Avengers? "The Magical Place" episode will drop a more hints.

Agents of SHIELD Cast Interview: Jamie Alexander made her first hot guest appearance on Agents of SHIELD last week.

The "Thor" star, Jaimie Alexander, brought her virtual memory to her Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. debut when her Thor character Lady Sif came onboard to track down Asgardian foe Lorelei, played by Elena Satine. The sexy seductress made a quick appearance at the end of last week's episode. Lorelei is joining up with the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to finish what she started.

Thor Star Jaimie Alexander talked IGN about her "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." appearance. Jaimie Alexander's Sif will team up with the Agents to find the sexy sorceress Lorelai.

Jaimie Alexander says "Sif has been sent to retrieve Lorelei. I think something that's great about Sif is that she's very respectful of other worlds and realms. She enlists the help of the Agents of SHIELD, because she's on their planet and on their territory. She doesn't people to get hurt. She wants to keep the damage minimal, so she enlists their help, and that's how they all team up together for the episode."

Sif has a history with Agent Coulson, but has to learn how to trust the agents. Alexander says "I have Thor in my world, and he tells me who's trustworthy and who's not -- or who he believes is trustworthy or is not -- and with the agents of SHIELD, Agent Coulson is their Thor. So when he says, 'Hey, she's a friendly,' they say, 'Okay, stand down.'"

Talking about the history between Lady Sif and the sorceress Lorelei, Alexander told IGN: "We definitely explore a lot of that backstory in the episode. I don't want to give anything away, but be warned, there's quite a bit of history there."
