Mandy Moore Husband Ryan Adams Celebrates 5th Wedding Anniversary With Songstress In A Prom-Themed Bash; Couple To Adopt Babies Soon?

Mandy Moore's husband Ryan Adams organized an intimate bash for their fifth wedding anniversary. Instead of having a celebration all by themselves, the couple opted to be surrounded by their closest friends including Moore's best friend, Minka Kelly.

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams' wedding anniversary bash had a 1950s prom theme. Their friends donned retro garb and hats to complement the party's theme. The 'Someday We'll Know' songstress was clad in a sparkly strapless dress and a straw hat whereas her best friend opted for a floral frock with a big polka dot bow.

"Celebrating love w the greatest friends and family last night. Feeling incredibly grateful today....,"read Moore's caption of the party's Instagram photo.

Prior to attending the party, the 'A Walk to Remember' actress already posted a photo of their marriage license bearing the caption, "The best 5 years."

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams tied the knot in a private ceremony in Georgia after a courtship which lasted for 2 years. The 10-year age gap doesn't appear to be a hindrance to the couple's marriage who are planning to create a family by adopting.

In 2013, Moore told Life and Style magazine that she wanted to have a big family that would likewise include adopted children:"There are many children out there that need a nice loving home and future."

The couple has not yet formalized any adoption process though they have rescued several animals in the past particularly cats.
