Cameron Diaz Diet And Exercise Pay Off As She Goes Skinny Dipping! ‘Annie’ Actress Reveals Struggle With Taco Bell’s Burritos And Nachos

While some women these days will do anything to reverse aging, Cameron Diaz did not feel frightened to turn 40. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, she talked about aging and why it should be embraced.

"The day I woke up as a 40-year-old woman, I felt like I went, 'Oh, now life begins. Oh, this is it! This is the coolest thing ever,'" said the 41-year-old 'Charlie's Angel' actress. While she confessed that she once had Botox injections, she regretted such decision for they turned her face weird-looking.

She similarly despises the thought that comes with anti-aging creams and serums that dominate beauty counters: "I get so mad when I hear on commercials on television say 'anti-aging'.We don't honor the journey, and who we are and how much we have to offer. It's almost as if we have failed if we don't remain 25 for the rest of our lives. Oh I'm sorry, I apologize, I wasn't able to defy nature!"

In her interview with Self magazine's February issue, she emphasized the importance of fitness. She talked about her diet struggles.

"I saw a Taco Bell yesterday-it made my stomach scream. If I had nothing else to do, I would be, like, 'Three bean-and-cheese burritos and give me some nachos with extra cheese sauce!' I would so kill that s-. But what I've learned is that just 'cause you can chew it and swallow it and poop it out doesn't mean it's food," the 'Annie' actress said.

The blonde beauty, who just released her self-help book titled 'Body Book', certainly appeared confident wity her age when she flaunted her assets during a Caribbean beach trip with her girlfriend on March 17.

Clad in red bikini bottoms and striped bikini top, the 'Bad Teacher' star had no qualms frolicking in the waves. Her enjoyment was very apparent that she eventually untied her bikini top and jumped into the water topless.

Diaz was able to prove that even forty-something girls could go skinny dipping as long as there's confidence.
