Justin Timberlake doesn't appear in the music video himself, but instead it features the true story of a guy who proposed to his girlfriend a few weeks ago on a train, to the "Not A Bad Thing" song, E! News reports.

"The video is actually a search for them," Ellen Degeneres explains.

Two documentary filmmakers heard about a couple who got engaged on Jan. 12, 2014, while heading to New York City on a Long Island Rail Road train, Billboard reports.

"We don't know who these people are or what their story is, but maybe you do. We're making a documentary about finding love. Have you seen this couple?" a voiceover says in the "Not A Bad Thing" music video.

The video also features couples talking about love, marriage and their relationships, as well as what they think of the couple.

"I think this couple is inspiring. I think their story is a reminder that romance isn't dead and that you can still look around and see love everywhere," the female filmmaker says in the clip.

The filmmakers flood the streets of NYC with flyers that read: "#haveyouseenthiscouple". They also continue to ask friends and strangers for help on their search for the engaged couple.

The video eventually ends with a "To Be Continued" title.

"Obviously, if you know this couple, contact us, because Justin is trying to find you and we'll put you all together," Ellen says after the music video's premiere
