Nexus 5 Release Date: 6 EU Markets Finally Get Nexus 5 And 7 From Play Store, Slated Pricing Begins At €349 And €269 Respectively

Nexus 5 release date: Both the Nexus 5 and 7 were announced almost half a year ago, but until now only a few countries are enjoying their availability in their respective Play Stores. Fortunately, good thing Google has found a way to bring the devices in several EU markets through the Play Store.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the LG Nexus 5 and the Asus Nexus 7 (2013) is now available from the Play Store in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.

The 5-inch smartphone would be priced at €349, while the 7-inch tablet costs €269 from the Play Store.

In case you want to get a full list of the markets where both devices are available from Google's Play Store, here it is:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, India, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

The LG Nexus 5 was among the top smartphones when it was released in October, but right now it already begins to feel the pressure brought about by newcomers in the competition.

The Asus Nexus 7 (2013) is a solid tablet, but it looks like it would be the last 7-incher Google will develop as the company plans to build a bigger 8.9-inch model.

So, if your country is one of the six EU markets to get the Nexus devices via Play Store, do you think they are still worth it?
