Samsung Galaxy S5 Release Date Hits Sprint, Offers 24-Month Installment For $27.09 Monthly, Unlocked Edition Priced At $649 Off-Contract

Samsung Galaxy S5 release date: Today, Sprint has joined other US carriers in accepting pre-orders for the newest Samsung flagship device.

However, the carrier's unique offer for the Android phone could be one of the best available right now.

According to a report by BGR, Sprint is giving away the Samsung Galaxy S5 at zero downpayment with a 2-year contract at just $27.09 monthly.

However here's the catch, that particular offer is only available for subscribers who get it together with Sprint's Family Plan.

One problem with this is that consumers should find a Sprint brick and mortar store first, because currently the Family Plan cannot be purchased online at this time.

To simplify the process, Sprint subscribers who are interested in getting the Galaxy S5 through this plan should:

Go to the nearest Sprint store.

Apply for a Family Plan.

Reserve a Samsung Galaxy S5 as part of your plan.

In case you do not want to go through all that hustle, or you prefer other networks, the Galaxy S5 is also available for pre-order from AT&T and US Cellular and T-Mobile. Sprint also offers the device on a two-year contract for $199.99 initial payment, or $649 outright.
