Are Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber happy now that the brunette beauty's stalker has been charged already with felony? Recently, a 20-year-old man named Che Cruz has been convicted of trespassing after going inside the 'Come and Get It Singer's' residential property in Los Angeles, California.

This isn't the first time because Cruz already violated a criminal protective order after intruding the former Disney star's house. The violation can lead up to four years in prison where the bail can amount to $150,000.
