Cheating DeanMcDermott might still be working on recovery as broke Tori Spelling's husband visited My 12 Step Store in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday afternoon following his session in an AA meeting, and days after the preview of "True Tori."

Broke Tori Spelling's husband supposedly bought stickers for his helmet, along with"some books and meditation stuff," Radar Online said.

The docu-series is billed as a long couple's therapy session but only this time there are cameras around.

During one of their conversations, broke Tori Spelling blurted out: "I can never give him enough sex. He's never gonna be happy with just me."

Cheating Dean McDermott, meanwhile, confessed that "sex was an escape, just like alcohol and drugs."

It's not clear, however, if cheating Dean McDermott is referring to asking for more sex from broke Tori Spelling or the girl he allegedly slept with.
