Kate Middleton Pregnant Again 2014: Duchess Of Cambridge Not Conceiving But Shows Her Maternal Instinct During Children’s Hospice Visit In New Zealand

Kate Middleton pregnant again 2014 news keeps on circulating though the brunette beauty quietly denied such rumors by sipping on wine during the royal family's visit to a winery in New Zealand. Even if she's not conceiving, she proves her maternal instinct during a visit to a children's hospice in New Zealand where they spent time with young ones who have been diagnosed with illnesses.

Prince William and Kate Middleton went to the hospice only to find themselves trying to fight back tears. As new parents, it must have been difficult for the two to come face-to-face with children who are fighting rare illnesses at an early age.

Prince George's mother reportedly read to the children and even delivered her rendition of 'Itsy Bitsy Spider'. Nine familes were in the hospice during the royal couple's visit.

"Kate and William were fighting back tears when we told them about [my son] Max. They could totally see themselves in us, as both our sons were born around the same time. Kate stroked Max's leg and they were both very moved. They struggled to hold back tears - they were welling up," said mother Amy Mcintyre whose baby has been diagnosed with bacterial meningitis and was given few months to live.

The duchess then pledged to support the organization in order for it to provide first-class help to patients: "First-class delivery of children's palliative care is life-changing. When families are confronted with the shattering news that their children have a life-limiting condition, their world can fall apart. It is at those times that professional support is imperative."

"The sharing of best practice is transformational for organizations. The needs of families requiring children's palliative care across the world are varied. Circumstances and environment can differ, but the aim of those supporting them is the same: to offer the best and most loving care possible. I am delighted that Bear Cottage and EACH are planning to be part of a 'community of best practice.' The haven that you have created here is inspirational, and there is so much that you can share with each other as you continue to support and nurture those in your care," she added.
