Relationship rumors on Twitter and Instagram are surrounding Justin Bieber and his "friend" Yovanna Ventura, leaving many fans wondering if Selena Gomez is jealous following their break up.

"Justin's been staying in a suite with some of his buddies and Yovanna who kind of comes and goes," an eyewitness at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills told Hollywood Life.

"But he has made a point to lavish her with affection. When she was visiting a couple of days ago, Justin had 12 pink and white roses delivered to the room for her. It was some sort of surprise. He gave the delivery guy $100 bill as a tip. And apparently he's been in a super good mood and really friendly."

Seth Rogen revealed during a recent interview his dislike for Justin Bieber and went into depth regarding his published tweet earlier this year, mentioning he was a "piece of s***," leaving many fans wondering if Zac Efron's "Neighbors" co-star signed the viral online petition aimed at getting Selena Gomez's break up deported.

"I met him a few times," Rogen told Howard Stern on Monday on his Sirius show, ABC News reports.

"He's a good example of someone, who you meet, who you think you are going to hate and then you get to hate him ... you meet him and he lives up to every one of your expectations."

Justin Bieber posted a Twitter and Instagram picture with his "friend" Yovanna, while vacationing at Venice Beach, leaving many fans wondering if he's trying to make his rumored girlfriend Kylie Jenner jealous.

Justin Bieber was also spotted on Twitter and Instagram partying with several unknown girls wearing bikinis at a Las Vegas resort last week.

"Since Vegas is a 21 years and over town, it was the closest way for him to experience the party," an eyewitness told the site.

"His security team picked out about eight pretty girls partying below who later joined Bieber and his friends in the bungalow. An hour or so later, a few of the girls left the bungalow. And as they were returning to the party below, one of the girls' boyfriends was waiting for her below and he threw some ice at her for ditching him for Bieber."
