Uncharted Movie To Follow Uncharted 4: A Thief's End [VIDEO]? Fans Demand Nathan Fillion To Be Cast As Drake!

As Uncharted 4: A Thief's End prepares for launch, fans are expecting the long-awaited movie to arrive after the supposed final entry in the PlayStation franchise.

"Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves," says the official description for Uncharted 4.

"With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he's willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves."

Many believe that the titled of Uncharted 4 alludes to the fact that Nathan Drake may die, but others have a different idea.

In February, the last update for the "Uncharted" movie was made when director Seth Gordon reportedly inked a deal to helm the movie. Originally slated for a 2013 release, several directors like Neil Burger and David O' Russell have passed through the project.

Now, however, it seems the series is perfectly suited for a big-screen entry, as Uncharted 4: A Thief's End might make way for the story to continue as a movie.

With the latest trailer showing Drake several years older, some fans believe there is no one more suited to be cast in the role than Nathan Fillion.

"I still want Nathan Fillion," commented Lfebaggins on Gamespot. "For everyone that is saying he is too old for the part now, he can look like he's in his 30s for the role if he got in shape for the part. Only problem is he is totally out of shape."

But now that Nathan Drake is older, could Nathan Fillion be the perfect fit?
