Arrow Season 3 Cast Spoilers: New Felicity Love Interest With Blue Beetle, Stephen Amell On Harley Quinn, Scarecrow Joining CW Series?

It's been an awesome week for "Arrow" fans, and spoilers regarding new cast members have surfaced from CW and Stephen Amell himself.

The question most "Arrow" fans have been asking since the end of season 2 is whether Harley Quinn will join the series as a full-fledged character.

Although initially it was reported that the Harley Quinn homage was only fan service and nothing more, it seems actor Stephen Amell has been campaigning for the character to join "Arrow" for season 3.

According to spoilers by Amell during a recent Facebook Q&A, he hopes that Harley Quinn will be out of her cell by the time "Arrow" season 3 airs. Although getting clearance for the character from Warner Bros. might be difficult, perhaps Cassidy Alexa will be back portraying the Harley Quinn very soon.

Meanwhile, spoilers confirm several new characters have been announced by the CW, one of which is a new love interest for Felicity.

"Daniel is a handsome, enigmatic, and highly intelligent entrepreneur developing groundbreaking technology," says the official character description according to Emergency Awesome.

"Though exuding charm and confidence in public, he privately harbors a tragic past that will drive him to become a tech-powered superhero. Watch out for this formidable fella to become a love interest for Felicity and a rival for Oliver, both personally and professionally."

So far, the best theories for who this character may be are Daniel Garrett or Ted Kord, both of whom have embodied the Blue Beetle superhero.

Meanwhile, a new villain will be introduced called Seth, "a well-educated criminal with grand ambitions and a knack for chemistry."

"This potentially recurring character gains power over his enemies by exposing them to a drug that drains their willpower. He is very much a physical match for The Arrow."

The closest match to this description are Scarecrow and Parasite, although it is likely that "Arrow" season 3 will tweak the backstory to make Seth a mix of various attributes.
