2014 NBA Free Agency Rumors & Predictions: Kevin Love To Golden State! Warriors Finally Include Klay Thompson Which T-Wolves Demand! Is It A Done Deal?

Kevin Love will become a Golden State Warrior! That's the biggest news on the 2014 NBA Free Agency Rumors & Predictions front. It's not confirmed yet, but based on reports, only a few details are being ironed out.

What tilted the odds to their favor? The recent news that the Warriors have finally included Klay Thompson in the package.

The news was broken by no less than Klay's dad, Mychal Thompson, who was a former LA Laker. ESPN Marc Stein confirmed that talks between the two teams progressed upon that point: "The Minnesota Timberwolves are seeking a future first-round pick from the Golden State Warriors in addition to the rights to prized marksman Klay Thompson in Kevin Love trade talks, according to sources close to the situation.

Sources told ESPN.com that the Warriors, while they covet Love greatly, have been weighing internally whether they're prepared to give up two such assets in addition to former All-Star forward David Lee for Love and Wolves swingman Kevin Martin.

Sources say the Wolves also have expressed interest in Warriors forward Harrison Barnes, with various trade constructions being exchanged by the teams in recent days as next Thursday's draft draws near."

At first, the Warriors declared Thompson 'untouchable' as his tandem with franchise player Stephen Curry, known as the "Splash Brothers" formed the core of the team's identity. The Warriors were offering a package based on David Lee and forward Harrison Barnes.

The T-Wolves demanded Klay Thompson and wanted Golden State to take back Kevin Martin as well. Martin has a four year contract worth about 28 million.

A recent tweet by ESPN's Chris Broussard included JJ Barea and the T-Wolves 13th overall pick but this is probably incomplete.
