Selena Gomez Stalker Sentenced to Treatment, But Will It Be Enough? Selena Gomez Stalker Busted Twice Already

Selena Gomez should stop singing Come and Get It. Stalkers take that personally.

Selena Gomez's stalker was sentenced to treatement after he pleaded no contest to stalking the "Spring Breakers" star on Friday, June 20. TMZ reported that Cruz has been ordered to attend a mental health facility for 30 days under lockdown.

Selena Gomez's stalker, Che Cruz, has repeatedly shown up at Gomez's house and been ordered to stay away. Selena's stalker was sentenced to 30 days in a mental health facility for treatment.

Selena has had to deal with Cruz twice. The first time Cruz was arrested and was locked up for two days. Cruz was arrested in the "Come & Get It" singer's property in Calabasas in late March. He spent two days in jail and immediately went back to Gomez's home and broke in. Cruz could possibly face up to four years in jail because this is the second time he has broken parole.

In February Selena Gomez's "obsessed stalker" was jailed for invading her property. Selena Gomez's stalker was jailed for trespassing on Gomez's property. Juan Garcia pled no contest to creeping around Selena Gomez's house.  The teenager was sentenced to 120 days in L.A. County Jail.  After he is released, Garcia is ordered to stay 150 yards away from Selena Gomez and her property for the next 3 years.

Cruz was first arrested on March 30 after he broke into Selena's guest house in Calabasas, Calif. He was sentenced to 45 days in prison but only served two days. On April 4 he was arrested again for violating a protective order and for being found "near the vicinity."

Now Cruz was ordered to remain 200 yards away from Selena Gomez at all times. That order is for 10 years.

This isn't the first time Selena Gomez has been allegedly stalked by a deranged fan. In 2011, Gomez was stalked on multiple occasions by 48-year-old Thomas

Brodnicki, who flew to LA from Chicago to meet the actress he claims is his soul mate. Another stalker, Juan Garcia, was arrested after the singer's family members said they caught him creeping around her Fernando Valley's Tarzana home.

After 30 days, Selena Gomez's stalker, who was identified as Che Cruz, has been ordered to complete a total of 180 days at the facility, but, according to TMZ, he is not required to stay there.
Che Cruz has been arrested twice for trespassing on the Selena Gomez's property. Selena's stalker pl pleaded no contest to felony stalking in a court on Friday.
