Motorola Phablet Leaked Photos Spotted: Mysterious Device Runs Android L, Is It The Moto X+1 Or Something Else? [PHOTO]

There have been several rumors in the past about Motorola's plan to enter the phablet making industry, and recently a photo of a Motorola phablet has leaked online.

At first glance, it can be said that the device has a screen that is definitely larger than the 5-inch Nexus 5 of Google. The resolution appeared to be in full HD and speculated to belong in the Super AMOLED screen genre.

In the past, people have been talking about the upcoming Moto X+1 and how its screen will be larger than the 4.7-inch screen display of its older sibling, the Moto X. It is speculated to run on the Verizon network.Older leaks also describe the phone with a forward facing speaker similar to its other sibling, the Moto E. There are also holes found at the rear believed to be used as a mic for video recording.  However, it doesn't have the ubiquitous LED flash on the rear.

The device seemed to be running Android L which is the next iteration in Google's mobile operating system. Unveiled just recently on June 25, 2014, the new OS is scheduled to have a manufacture release in the latter part of 2014.

If this is true, the leaked device will feature the Android L's redesigned user interface which shall be equipped with a responsive design language dubbed as "Material Design." It will have an enhanced notification system that would defy the device's locked screen anytime when trying to gain access. The same notification will also be displayed across the device's top part of the screen. Internally, the Dalvik-designed platform is replaced with the Android Runtime that will greatly improve the device's app and battery performance.

A mysterious Motorola device has been spotted having larger screen display than LG Nexus 5 and Moto X running Android L firmware. According to sources, it may be the rumoured upcoming Motorola phablet.

Motorola may release a phablet device which carries the upcoming Android version known as "L". According to Android Community, a device from Motorola has leaked out running Android L firmware and having an overall size bigger than LG Nexus 5 and Moto X smartphones.

TK Tech News uploaded a video at YouTube which showcased this rumoured Motorola phablet. It features the Motorola logo during boot time and seems to run Android L firmware based on the following factors shown in the video: soft keys are similar to the Android L Developer Preview, features the lock and home screen wallpaper of Android L, camera shortcut button at the lower right corner of the lock screen, new icons of several natives apps at the home screen, new themes implemented on various native apps, running stock Android firmware
