Theo James Shirtless In Exclusive ‘Divergent’ Footage: Hunk Actor Describes His First Kiss With Shailene Woodley

While Insurgent's release date is slated for 2015, fans have already seen Theo James' shirtless footage. The exclusive footage came from 'Divergent' and was included in the film's DVD. Enertainment Wise assures fans that the DVD includes "never before seen" clips.

In the exclusive Theo James shirtless clip, his character Four is seen getting his famed tattoos. The crew similarly explains how they came up with the unusual designs for the Dauntless leader's tattoos.

In a previous interview with Elle, the real-life boyfriend of Ruth Kearney revealed how he got pressured to work out for his role: , "I had to put on a lot of weight, in terms of muscle. "I wanted my character to have a dynamic masculinity and not just look like a f**king beefcake."

Theo James will be reprising his role together with his leading actress Shailene Woodley. The whole team is currently in Atlanta for the filming of 'Insurgent.' Aside from the returning actors such as Zoe Kravitz, Ansel Elgort, Miles Teller, Maggie Q, Jai Courtney, and Kate Winslet, new faces will be seen in the film's second installation.

Naomi Watts will be playing Evelyn, Four's mother whereas Octavia Spencer will give life to Amity leader Johanna's role.

Meanwhile, many fans were delighted with Theo James and Shailene Woodley's kisses in 'Divergent.' As per MTV, the 29-year-old hunk opted to kiss Woodley "hard" the first time in an attempt to ward off any awkward feelings.

"I just went at it hard, to be honest, because I thought that's how she wanted it. I thought to assuage any awkwardness I would just go for it. She was kind of batting away my hands. It was kind of nice because we had Miles as Peter literally in the background as we were kissing. He was making hissing noises which actually added to the sexuality," he said.

'Insurgent' will hit theater screens on March 20, 2015.
