Miami Heat Roster: Wade Re-Signs With Heat, Are D-Wade And Bosh Capable Of A 5th-Consecutive Finals Appearance?

The Miami Heat roster for next season is almost complete as Dwyane Wade signs a two-year contract worth $34 million.

In probably one of the most expected decisions this free agency period, Wade silenced all speculations that he is returning home to Chicago after his fellow star LeBron James chose the Cavs.

Wade, 32, has played for the Miami Heat in his entire career, and it is difficult to imagine D-Wade suiting up for a different uniform. He has already claimed three rings with the Heat during his stint, one during his prime when he posted career high averages, and the other two with the help of James and Chris Bosh.

In spite losing the NBA Finals this year, as well his friend James to the Cavs, Wade feels that he is secure in the Heat organization, who has been there through thick and thin.

While Wade gets a contract that will pay him less compared to the one he opted out from, is a classy move which only means he is thinking about the team's salary cap, and not about himself.

Knowing that their primary superstar has abandoned ship, and aims to redeem himself back home, Wade is helping the Heat organization to get more role players and a decent supporting cast which James has demanded during his last two years with Miami.

Miami is finally rebuilding for the future, and while James has left a gaping hole in the Heat's offense, a resurgence of Bosh can make things happen for the team.

At only 29 years old, Bosh can still dominate and probably post averages of more than 24 points a game, just like when he was the go to guy in Toronto. Wade is still there to drive in the lane and dish to open team mates, while new acquisition Luol Deng can spread the floor with his three point shots, while being a defensive threat in the perimeter.

Danny Granger and Josh McRoberts are also expected to contribute offensively, and with Mario Chalmers, who is very familiar with coach Erik Spoelstra's gameplan, the Heat can certainly be contenders next season.
