According to the official synopsis of "The Conspiracy in the Corpse," Episode 1 of Season 10, "Booth is in jail and awaiting trial as Season 10 begins, but the Jeffersonian team wonder if the remains of a man who died 16 years ago have something to do with the conspiracy that put him in prison-a place Booth shares with criminals he helped lock up. Meanwhile, Sweets and Daisy share a surprise with the lab."

What should we look forward to for tonight's premiere and the rest of the season of the hit American crime comedy-drama? Warning: spoilers ahead!

According to USA Today, "Usually there's no need to tell Bones fans not to miss the series: They are among TV's most loyal, finding this tenth-season procedural wherever Fox puts it. That said, tonight's exciting, expertly done season premiere is not an episode any regular viewer would want to skip, or even DVR, because there's a twist coming that is unlikely to stay secret for long. As the show returns, Booth is in jail and Bones and her team are fighting to catch the real criminals - a battle that will likely dominate the series for weeks to come, and in some ways change it forever."

Zap2it added, "In the "Bones" Season 9 finale, Booth (David Boreanaz) found himself in prison after being framed for the murder of three F.B.I. agents. Thankfully he does get out quickly, but not without enduring some trauma. When Booth is released he "has a hard time adjusting to his new living conditions and is really effected. He is also dealing with his post dramatic stress disorder," Boreanaz tells Zap2it. Prison life, although brief, "changes Booth" Boreanaz reveals. "People want to kill him there and he comes out in the end pretty different." Another change Booth must adjust to is he and Brennan's new house. "She moved him in and he doesn't even know where his own clothes are and that adds stress," the actor says. Sounds like lots of changes are in store for "Bones" Season 10 when it kicks off Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX."

Care for some more spoilers? According to next week's episode synopsis of "Bones," called "The Lance to the Heart" there's lots to look forward to in the future. TV Guide reports, "Agent Aubrey helps the team with their quest to dig into a government conspiracy that goes back decades and find out who framed Booth for murder, but the case takes a surprising turn with the discovery of DNA evidence that's linked to the scandal." Episode 2 already looks very entertaining!
