A photograph of Lee Hyori and her boyfriend, Lee Sang Soon were spotted giving their support and help to K.A.R.A. (Korea Animal Rights Advocates). Photos of the couple were taken as they were helping poor pets in need. Fans know Hyori's love for pets; as her own at-home pet is blind in one eye and is a rescue. There are even photos of the dog waiting for Hyori's return by sitting at the door of her home.

The photographs were under the title, "In October, 2012, K.A.R.A. went on voluntary service with Lee Hyori". In Pocheon City (Gyeongi province), they helped out and did their fair share to tend to the animals; the photos are able to show the happiness on Hyori's face when she is helping the pets as well as being in the company of her boyfriend.
