Earlier this year, a public feud between two South Korean stars made headlines, but now it seems the ladies are ready to make their peace with each other.
Back in March, actress-idol Kim Yewon (formerly of girl group Jewelry) was caught up in a scandal that tarnished her reputation. The star made headlines after she was accused of disrespecting actress Lee Tae Im during a variety show appearance.
On the Nov. 7 episode of SNL Korea, Lee Tae Im made an appearance as the special celebrity host. One of the skits on the show was called "Project B," and referenced the media scandal she was embroiled in with Yewon earlier this year. At the end of the skit, the actress was interviewed on stage by Shin Dongyup.
Dongyup asked her, "Did you read the comments? What did people say?" To which Lee Tae Im responded, "A lot of people posted about who was right and who was wrong."
Dongyup then asked a follow-up question: "Who do you think was in the wrong?" Lee Tae Im's responded with "I was 100% in the wrong. I was her senior and I want to tell her I'm sorry and apologize for all the damage I've caused her."
In other news, Lee Tae Im is currently cast in the Hyundae Media drama "You'll Love Me" as the role of Park Jiho.
