Fans of SM Entertainment have a lot to look forward to next month.
On Tuesday, the Korean entertainment agency announced new releases from two of its top groups. Both EXO and Girls' Generation's subunit TaeTiSeo (Taeyeon, Tiffany, Seohyun) will drop new albums in December.
Girls' Generation TaeTiSeo (or TTS) will release their first new album since the release of "Hollar" in 2014.
Meanwhile, EXO will release a special winter album, their second special winter-theme album following "Miracles In Winter" in 2013.
According to The K-Pop Herald, an SM Entertainment representative described EXO's album as well-suited for the "year-end atmosphere of winter."
TaeTiSeo's album will include several new songs.
"We have prepared many joyful songs to make the album a surprising present for December," Tiffany of Girls' Generation told local Korean media.
The two groups are represented by SM Entertainment, one of the largest Korean entertainment agencies. Both are widely popular and have large fanbases throughout the world.
TaeTiSeo's members have spent the year focusing on Girls' Generation's "Lion Heart" album and solo activities, while EXO released a new album and repackage earlier this year. Both groups are nominated for multiple year-end awards.
