EXO And TaeTiSeo To Donate Portion Of Winter Album Sales To UNICEF Charity Campaign

Profits from the upcoming Girls' Generation sub-unit TaeTiSeo and EXO Christmas albums will be donated to charity this winter.

On Dec. 1, EDaily and EToday news revealed details about the upcoming SM Entertainment special albums. Both EXO's winter album Sing For You and TaeTiSeo's Dear Santa will be donating part of their profits to the "SMile for U" campaign.

"SMile for U" is a joint campaign between SM Entertainment and UNICEF, the United Nation's Children's Fund who works for the rights, development and protection of children all over the world. 'SMile for U" specifically works to support music education for children in Asia.

EXO's Sing For You is scheduled for online and offline release on Dec. 21. There will be both a Korean and a Chinese version of the special album. This will mark the group's second Christmas release, following their Miracles in December EP released at the end of 2013.

Meanwhile, TaeTiSeo's first Christmas special album Dear Santa will be released on Dec. 4. EDaily shared that member Seohyun contributed to the lyrics of their title song "Dear Santa." The track is described as a soothing sound that will make listeners feel cozy all winter. The rest of their album is said to incorporate a range of charming pop songs and emotional, sweet ballads.
