As of Thursday, Dec. 3 at 10:00 a.m. KST, The new album from K-pop boy band BTS, The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Pt. 2, placed at number 13 on the Worldwide iTunes Albums Chart.
Psy, the "Gangnam Style" viral hitmaker, who recently made his comeback with the release of album titled Vol. 7, placed 80th on the chart.
BTS made their comeback on Nov. 29, with the new album and lead single "Run." "Run" also dominated six real time music charts in South Korea. BTS debuted in 2013 with the release of single titled "No More Dream," off their album 2 Cool 4 Skool.
The Big Hit Entertainment pop group attended the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards in Hong Kong on Dec. 2 and took home the World Performer award. The ceremony was hosted by Psy and to close, he performed his two new singles "Daddy" and "Napal Bagi (Bell Bottoms)," as well as the song that launched his international fame, "Gangnam Style."
