Cameron Diaz may not wait that long anymore to become a mom if the rumors were true. Amid her struggles to allegedly get pregnant, the "The Other Woman" actress has reportedly been entertaining the idea of adoption.
According to an item on heatworld, the "The Other Woman" actress got the idea from sister-in-law Nicole Richie, who was adopted by Lionel Richie when she was young. As told in the report, Nicole "has been advising Cameron on all sorts of things, including how one can bond with a baby that is not genetically one's own."
Neither Cameron Diaz nor husband Benji Madden has spoken about the adoption rumors amid other gossip that they're still trying to get pregnant. But in 2014, the "The Other Woman" actress has somehow admitted being open to adopting a child amid incessant questions then about her setting down and having her own family.
"I never say never," Mrs. Benjie Madden told Cosmopolitan UK in 2009 as cited by E! Online. "I don't know what's going to happen. I could end up adopting half a dozen kids, or I could end up being the next Octo-mom-who frickin' knows?"
Rumors that the "The Other Woman" actress may be trying to start a family surfaced just earlier this year after her intimate wedding to Benjie Madden in January.
In August, it was rumored that Diaz might already be pregnant after she was seen at the Los Angeles Airport apparently hiding her belly. It even fueled gossip that the actress might be pregnant with twins and hiding it as told by Hollywood Life.
Up to now though Cameron Diaz has yet to show any sign that she may be pregnant. In October, it was also rumored that the actress has resorted to IVF in order to conceive. Starpulse even cited that her puffy face at the time may be an indication of trying IVF as a doctor said women can experience getting swollen due to the procedure.
