Dakota Johnson certainly knows how to take care of herself through all the drama surrounding "50 Shades" films and her ex boyfriend Matthew Hitt.

Right after Thanksgiving weekend, as she entered the holiday season as a single gal, Dakota Johnson was caught pampering herself on the west coast, far away from Matthew Hitt. According to Daily Mail, "Indulging in some preening, the stunning brunette headed to Larchmont Village in Los Angeles for a manicure and pedicure."

The fact that Dakota Johnson wasn't around his Friendsgiving table, as posted on his Instagram, means that "50 Shades of Grey" star and Drowners guitarist is definitely not together, no matter what publications say.

But Dakota Johnson may be completely over her rumored ex boyfriend Matthew Hitt by the way she gushed about Johnny Depp. "50 Shades of Grey" actress even admitted that Johnny Depp gave her "the shivers!"

According to Irish Examiner, "Fifty Shades Of Grey star Dakota admitted seeing her co-star on set gave her "the shivers", because of his likeness to his alter-ego."

Dakota Johnson said in the interview, "It gives you shivers. I had done so much research on him and on these people that the photos that you see of Jimmy Bulger - it's uncanny, the resemblance. So it was wild."

Looks like Dakota is ready to open up towards other men around her.

But the actress may still be figuring out how to be single and at the same time suffering from a case of "art mimicking life in her new movie "How to be Single", starring Rebel Wilson.

The two actresses are teaming up for a new movie, How to be Single, out in February - and despite the somewhat unexpected duo, Wilson and Johnson promise greatness."

When the magazine interviewed Rebel WIlson and Dakota Johnson, it became clear that "50 Shades of Grey" actress had a lot to take away from the movie.

Rebel Wilson said, "While my character is fiercely independent, Dakota's character has just come out of a long-term relationship and is showing all the signs of co-dependency."

Sounds like it's her life minus Matthew Hitt.
