Rapper and Block B leader Zico has shared more insight on his over-obsessed fans.
On January 27, during his appearance on the MBC's Radio Star program Zico (Woo Ji Ho) shared a frightening story about one particular fan (often called sasaeng, or "stalker fans") trying to sneak into his home.
The incident occurred back in August 2015 while Zico was resting. "I was sleeping alone when someone suddenly tried to open my door lock," Zico revealed according to Korea Herald. "At first I thought it was the cleaning lady, but the person kept failing to get the password right."
When Zico checked his monitor to see who was at his door the fan smiled and posed for the camera because she knew he could see her.
Since then, Zico has fortunately moved apartments and says he has yet to experience any other attempted break-ins.
Zico has had an unfortunate history with obsessive fans. In August, the rapper expressed his frustration on Twitter over fans trying to break into his studio. His friend, and fellow music producer, Pop Time also called out fans for breaking into the studio and leaving trash lying around. Zico was far more poignant in his message saying, "This is not what you call a fan's love." In 2013 he also asked fans to stop visiting Block B's dorm and to refrain from calling him.
