Rising Korean singer DEAN joined fellow '92-liner Crush and songwriter-producer Jeff Bernat for a wintery contemporary R&B track that is sure to warm your heart.
"What2Do" dropped on Jan. 27, 2016 with the official music video uploaded on YouTube.
DEAN's latest R&B track, featuring input from the Amoeba Culture singer and the Filipino-American producer was accompanied by a piano instrumental with a light hip-hop beat. Similar to the sounds of Crush, the harmony of both vocalists complimenting Bernat's backtrack brought out the smooth and soulful sounds of what can be considered to melt a cold heart.
However, the lyrics say otherwise as "What2Do" revolves around a fading relationship slowly turning to an unrequited one and finally a break up.
"Tell me what to do.
I don't know what to do.
Your love is just a memory.
Baby, it's your last time
to give me your best try
and to give your heart to me."
With the lyrics being as sad as they already are, DEAN and Crush bring the song the extra mile with their crooning emotional vocals.
The song has received positive feedback from fans delighted to see the collaboration between the three artists.
DEAN has gained the attention of many since the second half of last year. From collaborations with Korea's own Dok2 and Dynamic Duo to a duet with American hip-hop artist Eric Bellinger, it looks like there is definitely no way but up for his music career.
