G.NA Parts Ways With CUBE Entertainment As Contract Expires

Korean pop star G.NA (Gina Jane Choi) is no longer with Cube Entertainment.

On Tuesday, March 1, CUBE Entertainment confirmed G.NA's departure from the agency.

According to a CUBE representative, both sided decided to go their separate ways, ending on good terms. G.NA is said to be looking for a new agency to continue her music career under.

G.NA first release under CUBE Entertainment was the EP Draw G's First Breath in July 2010. G.NA also released a popular duet with Rain called "Things I Want to Do When I Have a Lover" prior to her official debut.

With G.NA leaving Cube Entertainment, fans are supporting her and the decision she made.

"It would be a waste of her talents to stay in Cube, I'm glad she left" and "Great job leaving Cube, no reason to stay when they don't even let you promote," are some of the comments from fans, as translated by blogger Netizenbuzz.

G.NA's last promotional music activity was her fourth EP Beautiful Kisses on March 2013.

Meanwhile, G.NA is currently the MC on FashionN's Follow Me 6, alongside singer Ivy and actress Hwang Seung Eon. The fashion and beauty program premiered on September 24, 2015.
