On Apr. 13, polls officially closed for TIME Magazine's Top 100 Most Influential People of 2016.
Earlier this year, it was reported that YG Entertainment's very own Big Bang and CL have been nominated for the magazine's annual poll.
As polls closed last night, it was noted that the K-Pop powerhouse group came in second after Democratic presidential candidate Senator Bernie Sanders.
Leading the poll with 3.3% votes, Big Bang followed the presidential candidate with taking 2.9% of the votes and politician Aung San Suu Kyi and U.S. President Barack Obama coming after.
The official announcement of TIME Magazine's Top 100 Most Influential People of 2016 will be named on April 21.
