For the EXO-Ls out there who are patiently waiting for the release of Lay's solo album, you can now rest easy as SM Entertainment has finally confirmed the released date for the upcoming album. Lay had already given you a good taste of what the album contains when he released his first solo track 'What U Need' and if it had left you wanting more, you will be able to grab a copy of the album soon.
According to Soompi, the album will be released on October 28 in South Korea and China at the same time at about 1 a.m. KST and this came from SM Entertainment itself while also revealing some important information about the album. The album will consist of six tracks and Lay himself had played an integral role in the creation of the tracks, taking part in both composition and arrangement which makes this album even more special as it was produced with considerable effort from the singer, Allkpop reports.
Probably the most interesting part of the album would have to be its title 'LOSE CONTROL'. Now if you have watched WHAT U NEED, at the end of the music video, right after Lay stares into the camera and his eyes turn red, the words 'LOSE CONTROL' appeared just before the video could end. Most people just assumed that it was the title of Lay's track but now it turns out that it was in fact the title of the album itself and Lay has been teasing his fans the whole time.
Lay had earlier caused quite a stir when he fainted at the Incheon International Airport right before he could board a plane to Japan with his band mates. His collapse was brought by his lack of sleep and probably his hectic schedule. But it seems that after resting, Lay has fully recovered and to add to that, will be releasing an album as well.
