Finally, the wait is over, Armies. Big Hit Entertainment, BTS' agency, just released the official list of countries and cities where BTS will have their world tour for 2017. The official list of The Wings Tour: 2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III have seven dates.
The world tour will cover concerts in South Korea and in some countries in North and South America. As posted by Fuse TV, the concert will kick of in February in Seoul which will end in April in Aneheim. BTS will also hold a concert in the prestigious Prudential Center in New Jersey where several big names in the hallyu world have their concerts before. Some of these are groups like YG Entertainment's 2NE1 and BIGBANG, and SM Entertainment's EXO.
Although there was no final ticket prices yet, BTS' agency has released the dates. So, mark your calendars:
February 18-19 - Seoul, Korea (Gocheok Skydome)
March 12 - Santiago, Chile (Movistar Arena)
March 19-20 - Sao Paolo, Brazil (Citibank Hall)
March 24 - Newark, NJ (Prudential Center)
April 1 - Anaheim, CA (Honda Center)
As reported by Koreaboo, this would be BTS' first time to tour around South America, so the boys of BTS can't wait to see their fans there. Big Hit Entertainment also stated that more dates will also be added aside from the initial seven dates included in the official poster. Fans from other countries can have something to look forward to.
Although BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys, is just three years old, their career is on its hype especially this 2016 where they had several hits that garnered awards from various charts in and outside South Korea. They also had several iconic achievements this year such as being recognized by Forbes magazine as the "most retweeted artist on Twitter" which garnered them an official Twitter emoji.
