Park Ji-min, known professionally as Jimin, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and dancer born on October 13, 1995, in Busan, South Korea. He is the main dancer and lead vocalist of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS, debuting in 2013.
Jimin has been serving in the military since December 12, 2023, and is completing his mandatory service at the 5th Infantry Division in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province.

Known for his contemporary dance background and precise choreography, Jimin graduated from Busan High School of Arts as a top student in modern dance. He maintains close friendships with his fellow BTS members and frequently contributes to charitable causes in Busan.
Jimin is an avid anime enthusiast, with a particular fondness for the shonen series “One Piece,” where his favorite character Roronoa Zoro influenced his life. Inspired by Zoro, he trained in Kendo from a young age and has since achieved black belts in both Kendo and Taekwondo.
