In his third stop of fan meetings in Asia, Park Bo-Gum visited Jakarta on Friday Jan. 13. He gave many memorable moments to his thousands of fans during the fan meet. The event became really memorable to his supporters and the list shared below would be openly agreed upon.
In the fan meeting which was held in one of the mall in South Jakarta, Kota Kasablanka Mall, 2,000 fans filled the Kasblanka Hall as reported by Jakarta Post. During the fan meet, Park established himself as the “nation little brother” according to Seoul Daily News. He sang, shared a story and played the piano. Here are five of the most memorable moments during his visit to Jakarta.
He tried local food
Park tried satay, a meat grilled in a skewer during his visit in Jakarta. One fan posted a note to the picture of him with the seller saying the seller is a lucky one to have a picture with Park. He also tried durian, but there is no report regarding his comment of the durian.
He made the traffic jam worse
There are two things that can make bad traffic in Jakarta to worsen, the first one is the VIP guest who come to visit the town, second one and the street protest. Park can be considered as a VIP guest, because when the event took place, traffic jam in Jalan Satrio, where Kasablanka Mall resides worsen. Many cars stuck in the traffic for hours just to pass the mall which connecting the Sudirman business district and the residential area in South and East Jakarta.
He answered question asked by the fans
He showed his charm to politely answer fans question and share his opinions. He admitted that he still need to improve his acting skill.
He read a letter to his fans
In the second part of the fan meeting, he read the letter to his fans in Jakarta which he wrote beforehand. He asked the fans to never stop dreaming and chasing the dream.
5- He played piano and sang
Lastly, the 23-year-old actor ended the show by playing piano and singing an evergreen Indonesian pop song “Untukku” (For Me) from the late pop star Chrisye.
