Sohye Reveals Her True Feelings About I.O.I Members And The Futures As An Actress

The I.O.I member, Sohye recently revealed how her life has become following her group's disbandment. As it turns out, the former idol group member was kind of having a rough time to let go all of her golden times with the rest of I.O.I's girls.

Sohye clearly is not ready to say goodbye to her former life as I.O.I member. During the interview, she revealed that although the fact that I.O.I is done hurts, she still holds her friendship with the members dearly. When the interviewer asked if she's willing to reunite with the group in five years, she quickly agreed and expressed how badly she would love to do that. According to Korea Boo, Sohye is still in contact with the girls in a group chat, sharing all of their photos, and video calling every time they miss each other.

However, Sohye rather finds it difficult to deal with her depression ever since the group's disbandment. "The members gave me so much mental and emotional support, it's hard being alone now," she added as cited by moonRok. Even though she's still clinging to her good old days with I.O.I, Sohye already has a plan for her future in the entertainment industry

Sohye is reportedly preparing to debut as an actress and has already signed to an acting agency. As much as she's excited about her future as an actress, she admitted that she's still not confident with her acting skill. "I still lack a lot and kind of have a little faith so I need to believe in myself first. I can sense that I'm really ambitious when it comes to acting," said Sohye. The former idol group member also hasn't given much thought to what role she'd like to play, but she would be excited to play a dark character.

I.O.I has been apart for about a month now. All of the members have returned to their home agencies to plan debut with groups or solo artists at their respective agencies.
