Yuna showed off her exercise-toned body for the March 2017 issue of a Korean fashion magazine. The lead vocalist of the girl group AOA also shared how she achieved such amazing body.
She flaunted her gorgeous image with a crop top paired with leggings. Fans also noticed that she is back with a blonde hair, with her shorter hair this time around.
The 24-year-old singer and actress said Pilates helped her have that trim and toned figure. In an excerpt of the interview with CeCi shared by AllKpop, Yuna said she eat fruits and vegetables all the time.
Yuna is cautious about what she eats. Instead of drinking water and getting full without any nutrition, she has been drinking orange rind tea and chrysanthemum tea. She believes drinking tea helps her fill up on both water and nutrition.
In her own post on Angels Note posted on Korea Boo, Yuna admitted she does not exercise regularly but when a Pilates academy opened up near her house, she gave it a try.
Yuna said one of the benefits she sees with Pilates is that it helps with a person's posture. "Also, when you're holding a position in pilates you're not only using one muscle, but you have to use all your muscles from your head to your toe so it tightens your hidden muscles and tones your body much better," she said.
In other news, Yuna tore a ligament in her right ankle after performing for SBS' "Inkigayo" last January. Despite her injury, the singer continued promoting the group's album. She performed with AOA during their stint on MBC's "Show Champion."
As noted by Soompi, Yuna's decision to continue performing is due to the fact that it was the group's first studio album since their debut in 2012. FNC Entertainment's girl group currently has seven members, including Yuna herself.
