Ever since news of her solo album was announced, Girls' Generation member Taeyeon has been slaying with teases of upcoming material on her "My Voice" album which released February 28. Its no surprise that the album proceeded to achieve an All-Kill in a matter of hours.
According to a report by Soompi, the carrier single "Fine" managed to reach #1 in all of the eight major Korean radio stations, a feat better known as "All-Kill" in Korea. The album was released at exactly 12 pm and reached All-Kill status by 4 pm. The song has also reached #1 status on iTunes in 11 countries.
Not only did "Fine" rule the charts. Music sites like Genie and Bugs Music also reported that all of the tracks on the album were included in the Top 12 hits of the day.
The hashtag #MyVoice also effortlessly trended in Korea and worldwide, showing a strong support for the solo endeavor of the talented Girls' Generation belter. The album included a total of 13 tracks that feature pop, R & B and alternative pop songs that showcase Taeyeon's amazing vocal range.
The tracks include songs like "Fine", "Feel So Fine", "Cover Up", "I Got Love", "I'm OK", "Time Lapse", "Sweet Love", "When I Was Young", "Lonely Night", "Love in Color", "Fire", "Eraser" and "The Time of Walking on Remembrance". In her message posted on her official website, she thanked her fans for their support and said that she took care to include songs on the album that are easy to listen to at any time or mood.
"I am very happy about this news because as much as my fans have waited for this," she said. "I've also waited long and worked hard on it."
Kpopstarz has earlier reported that the teaser for "Fine" has already got fans so excited about the actual release of the album. The pre-release track "I Got Love" was also well received by fans all over the world.
Upon the release of the full MV of "Fine", it has already garnered 3.161 million views on youtube. The song has received plenty of praise from her fans who were impressed both by the lyrics and the vocals.
