Eric Nam Revealed His Future Plans In Music On Interview With 'Marie Claire'

Eric Nam is a singer who has a unique voice. His clear and smooth voice has made everyone love him. Having successful with his albums and activities in some shows, he recently doing collaboration with Tablo and Gallant for "Cave Me In." Doing interview for "Marie Claire," he said to have plans to release new music.

As reported by Soompi, during the interview for fashion magazine "Marie Claire," Eric Nam revealed some of his plans. He said to release a digital single and mini album soon. He also added that he wanted to produce music without worrying about the chart rankings.

When he was asked about being more famous as an entertainer than a musician, he said it was hard but also grateful. He could show his true self being an entertainer and he could still do his best in music.

On Jan. 26, Eric Nam together with Gallant and Tablo released their collaboration "Cave Me In." The song was smooth with K-Pop twist. The three of them spent 9 months doing their music. They gave suggestions back and forth to produce the music. And Tablo was in charge of the rap as it is known to be his specialty.

According to Billboard, Eric Nam was giving his opinion about this collaboration through phone and said that Gallant's voice would not be associated with Eric Nam or Tablo immediately. Still, they tried to match their voices and came up with the song. Fortunately, the song was received well and it was a good song to start the year.

"Cave Me In" was not the only song of Eric Nam collaborated with other singers. He previously has done collaboration with Timbaland for the song "Body." It was even got number three on Spotify Viral 50. With his success in music and entertainment, Eric Nam will have a comeback with a strong profile. His new music is sure worth to wait.
