KARD is going big time! The co-ed group confirmed on Tuesday, March 21 that they will be visiting their fans in America.
According to reports gathered by All Kpop, KARD has been confirmed to perform to their fans in the U.S cities of Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles sometime in May. The co-ed group is also slated to perform in Canada.
KARD is also slated to visit the South American country of Brazil. This is the co-ed group's first ever tour outside South Korea.
KARD just recently released a "hidden version" of their second title song "Don't Recall". This is in response of the fans' warm appreciation for the co-ed group.
The hidden version of "Don't Recall" music video featured KARD members wearing matching suits in which they looked sharp like a bodyguard. It also featured scenes from the original music video as well.
Also in the hidden version of the music video, KARD members can be heard singing the song in English, which surprised the fans. The video was also switching between black and white backgrounds, to colorful ones.
In other news, KARD held a V Live app broadcast for the fans last month. The co-ed group broadcasted to thank the fans in their support.
According to Soompi, the V Live broadcast happened on Feb. 21 entitled "KARD's Thank you song battle". Member Somin then revealed on V Live that blessings came to the group before the broadcast.
KARD's Somin revealed that they ranked 63rd on the U.S. iTunes chart and that they reached the No. 1 spot in the U.S. K-pop chart. Somin also declared that they ranked 22nd on the U.K. Pop chart, and No. 32 on Brazil's Song chart.
"It's all thanks to you guys," expressed Somi. We never thought our song would be received so well. We didn't think we'd get this much interest for our song."
Ever since KARD debuted in December of 2016, the co-ed group has been receiving much love from the K-pop community. KARD has also been garnering fans internationally as well.
