After being in Jeju Island for his final photo shoot, "Legend of The Blue Sea" star Lee Min Ho officially started his government duty. The actor will work as a public service worker for 2 years.
As reported by All Kpop, Le Min Ho arrived at Gangnam's government office on May 12 at 8:45 AM KST. The actor will finally begin his government service as a public service worker.
Lee Min Ho was greeted by both his loyal fans and the Korean media upon his arrival in the office. The moment was captured in a video where Lee Min Ho accepted a gift from a fan after being forced to move by his bodyguard.
However, the Gangnam office Lee Min Ho went to is not the actual office he will be working in. The actor was moved to a different office location 20 minutes after he reported in.
Lee Min Ho will be assuming a non-combatant position as ordered by the Military Manpower Administration (MAA). This is because of the injuries he sustained in the car crashes of 2006 and 2011.
As previously reported, Lee Min Ho finished a photo shoot with Coca-Cola for their product "Georgia Gotica Master's Latte". This was thought to be the actor's final photo shoot.
However, Lee Min Ho did another photo shoot with cosmetics brand "Innisfree" on Jeju Island. This happened a day before his enlistment date on May 12 and served as his final activity as a celebrity.
Lee Min ho visited the green tea fields of Jeju Island as the location of the photo shoot with the cosmetics brand. The "Innisfree" photo shoot with the actor focused on how the cosmetics company uses natural ingredients harvested in the island.
Lee Min Ho's girlfriend, Suzy Bae, has not yet released a statement regarding her boyfriend's enlistment. Lee Min Ho is expected to be dismissed after 2 years of service.
