While there are lots of K-Pop groups that have earned prestigious awards over the years, there are some who have amazed us with what they can do (think BTS and their BillBoard Award)! Now, another boy group has stepped up to the plate with an amazing honor of their own.
Hit K-Pop boy group EXO are being featured in 2018's 'Guinness Book Of World Records' for winning the most daesangs at the 'Mnet Asia Music Awards' or 'MAMA' in 2016. The book features an image from their performance as well as information on their group history, albums and releases alongside other facts throughout the years.
The book even compares them to sensational group Big Bang! However, it does fail to mention other various trends and honors the group has collected over the years such as their current "KoKo Bop Challenge" which has gone viral in 2017. Maybe EXO will be featured again in 2018?
In other news, EXO have recently set a date for their repackaged album and will continue promotions to keep EXO-L entertained. Member Lay is also anticipated to be having a comeback as well. Stay tuned for more exclusive updates.
