Wheein is back to promoting with MAMAMOO following a break for health concerns.
RBW had a follow-up on Wheein's health status.
The company stated, "Wheein has been resting while getting continuous treatment, and her condition has greatly improved. As Wheein desires to give back fans who have waited for her return by delivering better stages along with her fellow members, it has desires that she will be going back to her regular schedule."
RBW added, "We thank the fans for the endless care and support that they have given Wheein. We will strive to stay observant and think about our artists' health as the top priority. Thank you."
Fans who have been waiting for the idols were hyped after knowing about the great news. They left comments such as "I actually teared up a little reading this. I missed you Wheein!" "I'm so happy that she's feeling better," "Wheein rest well and always be healthy," "Wheein is back! My queens are complete." Some even used the hashtag "#WelcomeBackWheein" on Twitter.
Regardless of her health issue, Wheein can be seen participating in the reality survival show "Queendom," and has been delivering energetic performances together with her fellow members since the premiere of the said program on August 29.
On another news, Wheein just had her solo comeback earlier this month with her second solo album called "Soar" and the title track "Good-Bye." This album is a continuation of her first album "Magnolia," with "Soar" surrounding the concept of flower petals magnificently and sorrowfully flying through the wind.
Wheein's single "Good Bye" debuted on 'World Digital Song Sales' chart at no. 24, making her the second member of MAMAMOO to secure a spot on the list. Her fellow vocalist Hwasa landed on the chart with her February single "Twit" that peaked at no. 3 on the chart. Also, Wheein is now the sixth female K-pop solo artist to enter the table, following bandmate Hwasa, Lee Sora, Sandara Park, Park Bom, and Somi.
