Most people are obsessed about achieving a slender body shape, and K-pop artists are no exceptions. Since they have to be fit at all times, following strict diet plans is a common thing. But aside from limiting their intakes, K-pop idols, male and female alike, also do some exercises to achieve the best bodies.

  1. Umji's Abs Workout

GFRIEND's maknae has been receiving praises from the public because of her recent transformation after losing weight. In an interview, Umji revealed that she has been working on her abs and waist to form a beautiful body line. With the guidance of her trainer, Umji does curl-ups and other exercises to retain a flat tummy.

2. Suzy's Penguin Exercise

Singer/actress Bae Suzy is known for this type of workout. In a television show, the female celeb said that she does a penguin dance as her exercise in which she does elbow stretching, which will make the arms skinnier.

3. IU's Aerobic Exercises

IU is so open when it comes to her diet plans. She publicly shared that aside from eating fruits, vegetables, and protein drinks, she also does one hour of aerobic exercises. She would do some jogging, stretching, push-ups, and climbing stairs.

4. Wendy's Workout Routine

Red Velvet's Wendy has tried several extreme "one-food" diet plans. She went for the lemon detox, witch's soup, water-and-cabbage-diet, and she even did the Wheesung's 13-day-long deadly diet. Apart from those, she noted that she also does exercises such as running in a circle for 40 times and jumping rope for 3,000 times.

TWICE's Momo is famous for her rock hard abs, and her secret to that is nothing but "twist plank." She said that she does this for 50 times for three sets per day. Momo also revealed that she does lots of curl-ups.

BLACKPINK members always get plenty of compliments because of their slender body figure. Jennie and Jisoo revealed that they have been doing the flying yoga for a couple of years now. Jennie also does Pilates along with fellow member Rose who does it one in two days.
