On November 24, an industry insider told the Sports World that TS Entertainment employee "A" would often get money from Wooyeop and never once that person paid back. According to the source, the agency's staff has been doing such a thing to Wooyeop since he was a 17-year-old trainee. Also, it is said that the employee's act took place for more than two years, and "A" now owes the artist 1.2 million won, which is about 1,016 US dollars.

Unlike the parents of his fellow TRCNG members, Wooyeop's mother and father live outside the Seoul area, so "A" took that to his advantage with the thinking that his parents would send him more money since they live separately. Whenever Wooyeop would come back from his parent's home, "A" would repeatedly borrow money from him. But if Wooyeop would refuse to provide some, "A" would demand Wooyeop to do more intense training on his own, or command the other agency staff to torment him.

TRCNG members Wooyeop and Taeseon have been in a legal dispute with TS Entertainment since November 18. They have already sent certification of contents regarding their contract termination and have also filed complaints against the company's staff, particularly Director Park Sang Hyun and Choreography Director Yoon, for child abuse and violence.

Recently, the two male artists teamed up with Dispatch to reveal pieces of evidence of their assertions. A few of the pictures released show the uncomfortable and unsafe apartment of the ten TRCNG members, other shots unveil the broken appliances and lack of basic needs, and some present how the staff of TS Entertainment harasses and mistreat the boys and how the group's mothers help in providing what the members need in their living space.

This is not the first time TS Entertainment had a legal dispute with their artists. The company had already dealt with lawsuits filed by B.A.P, SECRET members Song Jieun and Jung Hyosung, Untouchable's Sleepy, and SONAMOO's Sumin and Nahyun. TRCNG's Wooyeop and Taeseon's case is the fifth one. Considering the previous trials against TS Entertainment, K-Pop fans are not surprised that the two TRCNG members decided to end their contracts with the label.

After Wooyeop and Taeseon sued TS Entertainment, the label had a long discussion with the remaining TRCNG members and revealed that the group is planning on promoting with only eight members in the future.
