Park Kyung posted a tweet of accusing several singers such as Vibe, Lim Jae Hyun, Jeon Sang Keun, Jang Deok Cheol, Song Ha Ye, and Hwang In Wook of "sajaegi" (the rigging of music charts and streaming numbers). He later deleted his post after it went viral online and apologized.

The artists mentioned in a recent post of Park Kyung will be taking legal action against the latter.

The agencies of the artists named in Park Kyung's post released an official statement regarding the issue. Vibe's agency Major Major 9 stated that they hadn't received any apology from Park Kyung through KQ Entertainment, and since the male artist's post was considered as fact, they would move forward to taking legal action against Park Kyung and other people who would post malicious comments about Vibe.

Major 9 also mentioned that Vibe has already suffered defamation apart from psychological pain. The company even expressed their regret over how the rumor spread without fact-checking or consideration of the outcome.

Lim Jae Hyun's label also announced their legal action against Park Kyung. Through a statement, they denied that their artist has done "sajaegi." They also revealed how disappointed they are about Park Kyung committing an act of libel by saying that Lim Jae Hyun has committed a crime.

Jeon Sang Keun's company also spoke out and said, "We want to inform you that the 'sajaegi' suspicions concerning our artist that was suggested by a particular singer on November 24 are wholly false." They continued, "We express our regret that the singer mentioned our artist in public and completely damaged his reputation without knowing the facts, and the company and Jeon Sang Keun will take strong legal action for the spreading of false statements and defamation."

Meanwhile, Song Ha Ye's label Plusmedia stated, "First of all, the accusations of 'sajaegi' that were raised are not real. The agency and Song Ha Ye will proceed to do strong action following proper methods in relation to the spreading of false claims and libel that are incorporated in the singer's statement." Plus media also shared that at this time Song Ha Ye is suffering from psychological damage because of the controversy online.

HOW Entertainment, Hwang In Chook's label, and LIMEZ, Jang Deok Cheol's agency, also announced that the chart manipulation mentioned by Park Kyung is nothing but false. And because their artists were also affected by the controversy like the other singers named, HOW Entertainment and LIMEZ will also be pushing a strict legal action
